Make a goal of wiping the surfaces in your room at least once a week. Get rid of all of the dust that you've ignored while your room was too messy. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Take a wet cloth and run it over your desk, the top of your dresser, your nightstand, and any additional items in your room. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child when I became an adult, I put an end to childish ways. For we know only in part, and we prophesy only in part but when the complete comes, the partial will come to an end. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end as for tongues, they will cease as for knowledge, it will come to an end. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. It does not insist on its own way it is not irritable or resentful it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. Love is patient love is kind love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. If I give away all my possessions, and if I hand over my body so that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I speak in the tongues of mortals and of angels, but do not have love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. Those who conquer will inherit these things, and I will be their God and they will be my children. To the thirsty I will give water as a gift from the spring of the water of life. Mourning and crying and pain will be no more,Īnd the one who was seated on the throne said, “See, I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true.” Then he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.
